Legacy Cleaning Plus provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to commercial cleaning, janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, and office cleaning. Service descriptions are provided for general information only and may vary based on specific client needs.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are determined on a quote basis and will be provided upon request. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though changes will not affect existing contracts without mutual agreement.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We accept various payment methods as outlined in your agreement

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Liability Limitations

Legacy Cleaning Plus carries appropriate insurance coverage. While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage resulting from hidden defects
• Items left in cleaning areas that are damaged or displaced

Clients are responsible for securing or removing valuable items before service. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing access to areas requiring cleaning
• Removing valuables and securing items of importance
• Providing accurate information about special requirements
• Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available
• Informing us of any hazards or special conditions

7. SMS Communication

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Cleaning Plus including appointment reminders, service information, and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
